Where Fly Fishing is a Professional Passion
Fly Fishing U
This page is designed as a resource for those who have begun fly fishing, who currently fly fish, and those
who maybe have done so for many years. It is a learning process, and just like anything to be good at it
requires time, study, discipline, and practice....most of all time on the water. Don't get me wrong, books, videos, and other tools have their place but nothing beats doing it. I am going into my 22nd year of doing this, I have a lot of experience teaching people and have taught hundreds of folks to fly fish and guided almost as many others. This you can chisel in stone- - -I guarantee this to be true: There is absolutely no substitute for time on the water. Below are some helpful things you might find useful in your "training". Use it to study and sharpen yourself, but then take it to the next step in getting out on the water somewhere.
